We have developed a web and mobile application for real-time tracking of shipments, employees, and trips. The web application runs on ERPNext, while the mobile application is available for both Android and iOS.

One key use case is shipment tracking, where the mobile app runs on a driver’s device to provide live location updates throughout a delivery route. Another use case is HR tracking, enabling businesses to monitor employee movements during work hours. For delivery staff, it confirms visits to multiple locations, while for office employees, it ensures they remain at their designated workplace. Additionally, for maintenance teams, the system verifies location presence before allowing service reports to be submitted.

Beyond logistics and HR, this tracking technology can be the foundation for advanced applications, such as Uber-style food delivery platforms. We've also developed a group travel feature where users can plan trips between villages and mountains. A trip leader can set an itinerary, and participants receive real-time navigation updates, including scheduled meeting points and route guidance via Google Maps. After the trip, users can replay the journey and access details such as distance traveled and estimated duration.

This versatile solution optimizes logistics, enhances employee accountability, and enables new business opportunities in fleet management, maintenance tracking, and trip planning.
